Because each bracelet is handcrafted, we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

To start a return, contact us at Vensus.merch@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, we will replace it at no cost.
Send us a picture at Vensus.merch@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
